Who We Are
Kasumbi By Anju sells women's ethnic and fusion wear online — suits, kurtis, co-ord sets, plus-size styles, shringar pieces, and homewear — crafted with an emphasis on faith and tradition. These Terms cover anyone who visits, browses, or transacts on the Site.
Who Can Use This Site
You'll need to be 18 or older to shop with us directly (younger visitors should have a parent or guardian's involvement), legally able to enter into a contract, and using the Site in a way that's consistent with Indian law.
If You Create an Account
Keep your login details accurate and to yourself — you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. We reserve the right to pause or close accounts that show signs of misuse or fraud.
About Our Products
Photography and screen settings can make colours appear slightly different from real life — this is especially true for hand-dyed fabrics. We list stock as accurately as we can, but if something sells out before your order is confirmed, we'll cancel that item and let you know.
Pricing and How You Pay
All prices shown are in INR and already include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our payment partner. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
Once You've Placed an Order
We typically dispatch within 1–3 working days; delivery timelines beyond that depend on your location (full detail in our Shipping Policy). We're not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather, or anything outside our reasonable control.
Changing Your Mind After Ordering
Orders can't be edited or cancelled once they've shipped, and — as covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — we only step in with a replacement, and only for defective or incorrect items.
Content Ownership
Everything you see on this Site — photos, product descriptions, logos, layout — belongs to Kasumbi By Anju or is used with the rightful owner's permission. Copying, reposting, or reusing any of it commercially needs our written go-ahead first.
Using the Site Responsibly
Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe on someone else's rights, spread malicious code, or post anything abusive, misleading, or spammy.
Links to Other Sites
We sometimes link out to third-party pages for convenience. Once you're there, that site's own terms and privacy practices take over — we have no control over them.
