Shipping Policy

Every Kasumbi piece is packed and dispatched with the same care that goes into making it. Here's exactly what to expect once you've placed an order.

Where We Deliver

Right now, we ship pan-India — from metros to smaller towns. We're working on international shipping and will announce it once it's live.

How Fast We Pack Your Order

Most orders leave our hands within 1 to 3 working days (Sundays and public holidays don't count toward this). Anything placed after 5 PM IST rolls over to the next working day's batch. Around festive season, when volumes spike, please allow a little extra buffer — we'll flag it if your order is affected.

How Long Delivery Takes, Once Shipped

• Metro cities: roughly 3 to 5 working days
• Smaller cities and towns: roughly 4 to 7 working days
• Remote or rural pin codes: roughly 5 to 9 working days

As soon as your order is handed to our courier partner, you'll get a tracking link on your email and phone.

What Shipping Costs

Prepaid orders ship free, always. If you choose Cash on Delivery, a flat ₹50 handling fee applies at checkout.

Keeping Tabs on Your Order

Your tracking number arrives by SMS/email the moment your package ships. If three days pass after that with no movement showing, drop us a line and we'll chase it up with the courier.

When Things Run Late

Courier backlogs, weather disruptions, and regional logistics issues do occasionally push delivery dates back. If this happens with your order, we'll try to give you a heads-up rather than leave you guessing.

If an Address Turns Out to Be Wrong

Undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address? We'll get in touch to confirm the correct details before re-attempting. A second delivery attempt may carry an added courier cost, which we'll let you know upfront.

Ordering More Than One Thing

Larger orders sometimes leave our warehouse in more than one package — this doesn't cost you anything extra in shipping, even if it arrives in parts.
